- Rob is a media producer who lives in Graham, North Carolina
- Rob replaced Fran Outhwaite as Alamance County Coordinator for the North Carolina Bluebird Society (NCBS) at the 2012 Annual Meeting and has jumped in running.
Fran Outhwaite was one of the original members of the NCBS (since 1986) and one of our first County Coordinators. She was serious about her duties and loves her Bluebirds at Cedarock Park in Alamance County. NCBS was fortunate that Rob showed up when Fran decided it was time to leave her position.
Rob shared the interesting story of how he became enamored with Bluebirds and getting active with the NCBS. Rob says, “Meeting Frances Outhwaite and spending time with her learning about all she has done has been a great educational experience.”
Rob’s discussion included showing Fran’s instructions on video that had been filmed during many trips Rob and Fran took on the Cedarock Park bird trail. His first trip was a great spring day with many of the nest boxes occupied.
